Cleaning and Painting
We will be out in the neighborhood this making recommendations to those homeowners who might need to do a little painting, fence repair, tree trimming, yard work. Lets all do our part to keep our neignboorhood looking good. - Thank You!

2010 Annual Meeting Success!
The annual meeting was held July 28 at the Fred Arbanas Club House 7:30 pm and was a Success! We had a full quorum making this a great meeting where we were able to elect Randy Moreno (HOA President) and Justin Wylam (Vice President) unanimously without any objections.
Several questions and suggestions were made about how to improve the neighborhood such as social activates for neighbors to get together and meet so that we might all know one another better and a neighborhood Facebook page was also suggested. These ideas will be in the works stay posted for more information.

We want to thank everyone who attended the meeting.

Neighborhood Watch Program

Boats & RV's
This is the time of year we when we start to see boat trailers, RV's and other types of recreational vehicles that might end up staying in your driveway over a long weekend. Please make sure that you take them back to their proper storage facility in a timely manner. - Thank You!
