Sterling Hills is a prestigious and outstanding neighborhood located on the west side of Lee’s Summit , just northwest of the 3 rd Street and Pryor Road intersection.   First developed in 1993, Sterling Hills consists of 250 homes. Sterling Hills is now home to a diverse group of people and families.

Sterling Hills Homeowners Association

The Sterling Hills Homeowners Association Board of Directors is dedicated to preserving and increasing the value of the homes in our subdivision through capital improvements and active deed restriction enforcement.  We welcome any suggestions or comments that can be used for the improvement of our neighborhood. 

The Board of Directors typically meets the first Tuesday of every month. If you would like to join one of the Board meetings, feel free to call for the location.
